Meetings
Enable scheduling, availability, and optional payments.
Swush Meetings lets you expose available time slots, accept requests, and optionally require PayPal payments.
Enable meetings
- Go to Settings → Meetings
- Enable meetings and set your timezone
- Define weekly availability and buffer times
Booking flow
- Guests visit your public meetings page
- They pick an available time slot
- You approve or auto-accept based on your settings
Optional PayPal payments
If you require payment:
- Set a minimum amount (guests must meet or exceed it)
- Optionally provide a PayPal Merchant ID for payee validation
- Approved bookings record the PayPal transaction reference
Tips
- Use auto-paid mode when you require payment and want instant accept
- Keep buffer time to avoid back-to-back meetings
- Share the booking URL only after you are ready to accept requests
